1. General Provisions

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using a third party's payment method will be treated as fraud.

4.2 Withdrawals

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (bonus amount × 15).

• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• kisino may modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
• Each promotion may have a specific expiry period — unused bonuses will be removed after the expiry date.

6. Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed when the game is launched.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

8. Account Suspension & Closure

• To comply with legal obligations or directives from regulatory authorities.

8.2 Closure by the Member
